why? I don’t think that humanity can continue to follow the suicidal path which its primary institution – economic growth is hell-bent on following. Unless there is a catastrophic disaster that requires humanity to change as circumstances dictate then change will be slow and progressive as opposed to fast and a necessity. Communication is a powerful medium for change. The use of language has allowed humans to interact throughout history, it is the basis of our civilizations ability to grow and survive. The expansion in forms of communication technology today allow me to access a global system that utilizes text and audio/visual media which can be transmitted across the entire planet as fast as the press of a button. This system can potentially alter our lives on every level, emotionally, socially and economically. I am contributing to the tipping point of change through my films.
